米国ポートランドで大人気のハンドクラフトパスタ店「GRASSA」の日本誘致とブランディング。本国との交渉に始まり、日本におけるシェフの斡旋、サイトやチラシ、メニューなどのデザイン、日本における運営会社SNOUTのCIデザインまで総合的にプロデュース。

Bringing in and branding the famous handcraft pasta restaurant in Portland, Oregon, “GRASSA”  to Japan. Starting with negotiations with the restaurant owners in Oregon, we have mediated a chef in Japan, designing the website, menu, flyers, food truck and various others.  Also designed the corporate identity for the management company, Snout.
